Southwest Adjusters continues to recruit experienced insurance adjusters in an effort to fulfill client needs and ensure steady growth.

Polished, professional, and effective customer service skills are vital for success and required for field adjusting work. Computer literacy and knowledge of estimating software are required along with any licenses deemed necessary by the applicable state and/or carrier requirements.  We recommend having two years of property claims, heavy equipment or watercraft experience; however exceptions are made for uniquely qualifed indivduals with construction background, current state adjuster license and exhibited proficiency on estimating software - primarily Xactimate.
