From its founding in Dallas, Texas in 2003 to today, Southwest Adjusters has grown to become a national company, addressing claims from California to Maine. As we have grown, we have developed a separate division for catastrophic claims. We have also added a training and licensing division for adjusters and carrier personnel. Today, we have 4,000 adjusters on our roster from throughout the entire country. We can mobilize 5, 50, or 500 adjusters if needed, depending on the complexity and extent of a claim. We have been committed to providing unsurpassed multi-line independent adjustment services for both catastrophic and daily claim handling.
From the beginning of the claim process to resolution, Southwest Adjusters documents all the damages to an insureds home, business, boat, recreational vehicle, or other property with the most professional empathy. While being as diligent as possible, the adjuster also must keep in mind his responsibility to the carrier. We have gone to great lengths to find, cultivate, and retain superb adjusters.
Our goal is to return a claim as soon as possible. We contact insureds immediately, schedule our appointments as soon as possible, are on time, and complete thorough inspections. Our adjusters compile their reports and submit them in a manner that is both efficient and effective. Our internal review staff go to great lengths to establish the validity and correctness of the claims. Once that has been established, the claim is sent on to our client. In an ideal world, the whole process—from the initial contact to the submitting of a claim—takes 24 hours.
