Out in the field our adjusters run claims, climb ladders, and live out of hotels, BVs, and RVs, working long days into the night if necessary writing estimates. They assist insureds beyond just the technicalities of their claims. If necessary, our adjusters have carried fresh water, blankets, and food to insureds in the wake of a disaster. During Hurricane Irma, our adjusters arranged for volunteers to check on individuals from two carrier clients affected in Florida. Adjusters have taken up collections for families in need, lent a helping hand in cleanups, and provided whatever other aid they can in the moment.
